Kasama Hills is a collection of Buildings each over 100 years old. Each building has an exceptional character and variety of individual applications.
At this stage the seeds of the project have been planted. All that is now required is imagination and creativity to make the project grow and flourish.

Main House
150 Years old Merchant Famer's House
The Building is bursting with character and charm. Entrance via the huge vaulted timber beam Doma with Log Burner and stone floor this is the center piece of the house and where you can absorb the lifestyle of a time gone by
Kura
The Main Timber Kura
Built in the age old tradition style using prime selected timber this building was the place to safely store the most treasured items, Now a unique accommodation
Garden Annex
The Garden Annex
Lovely restored and modernized with all amenities. The Garden Annex has views across the rice fields on the North side with alfresco courtyard and sunset viewing. Whilst the South side offers views of the traditional Japanese garden with private open air shower and tea house
Bamboo Lodge
The Bamboo lodge
Taking Camping to the next level, the traditional thatched house is surrounded by a bamboo forest with an open plan concept that offers panoramic views of nature.
Jazz Café
Stone Tabaco Kura
An understated building that retains the features of the past life as a Tabaco drying Kura. The stone structure of the building is very good, repairs to the roof and tiles are required and some design creativity to give the building a new life as a Café, Distillery or Jazz Bar
Chestnut Orchard
The Chestnut Orchard
The orchard boast a beautiful avenue of fully mature Chestnut trees. Planted on a gentle slop with a relaxing Azu maya ( Pergola ) a peaceful rest spot
