Kasama Hills is a collection of Buildings each over 100 years old. Each building has an exceptional character and variety of individual applications.
At this stage the seeds of the project have been planted. All that is now required is imagination and creativity to make the project grow and flourish.
Bamboo Lodge - Concept
The Bamboo lodge
Taking Camping to the next level, the traditional thatched house is surrounded by a bamboo forest with an open plan concept that offers panoramic views of nature.
The Concept to create an Open space within the Bamboo Wood land To Experience Alfresco Life Style
The Bamboo House will have Tatami seating areas inside to enjoy the views of nature and ever changing seasons.
From the Terrace a walk way will lead through the Bamboo woodland on to the Rice Fields Below
Stone Kura - Concept
The Stone Kura is an Old Tabaco Store House that will be converted into a Bespoke Café
The Building retains many of the original features such as the drying racks for the Tabaco and rustic stone walls
The Terrace area provides in intimate experience for small groups or individuals to enjoy the rustic charm of this unique building and its setting
Workshop and Studio Apartment
The Workshop and Studio Apartment will offer a unique experience where visitors can store and maintain their adventure equipment and stay in the comfort of a well equipped Apartment to revive from the Day Exploring
The Workshop will have all the tools and equipment to clean and service Bikes and Trekking gear along with the option of Rental and Short to Long Term Storage
The Apartment will have all Necessary amenities for a comfortable visit, including full size Kitchen, Shower, Laundry, and High Speed internet connection.
